Oasis on the Comal is a freshly updated, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right on the banks of the Comal River. With new king beds in both bedrooms, and new convertible living room furniture, this roomy condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy morning coffee and a view of the beautiful spring-fed Comal on the private balcony. When you're ready to float, just walk right next door to Texas Tubes. Downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife are within walking distance. Drive to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, Historic Gruene, or the Guadalupe River in 10 minutes or less. Canyon Lake and scenic River Road are easy 30- minute day trips away. Shop till you drop at the San Marcos Outlet Malls less than 20 miles north on I-35.

Oasis is equipped with everything you need...beds and baths are stocked with plenty of linens. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and blender. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, flatware, and glassware are provided. There is a common coin-operated laundry facility on site. In addition to private river access, River Run has a beautiful pool and hot tub right off the river bank, and the grounds include benches, picnic tables, and grills.

Oasis is equipped with a digital lock that is reprogrammed for each guest to provide every one with the highest level of security. Arrival is self-serve and contactless. Arrive at your convenience, and let yourself in with the code. Parking passes and wristbands are left in the condo for you.

Amazing Location
Condo was very comfortable, plenty of space, loved the river view from the patio, unit was very clean and ready for guests. Check In was very quick and easy, end unit is always a plus, a guest book inside with a lot of great suggestions. Condo neighborhood was very quiet for our duration, only noise to get used to was a train that went by every hour or so. Went down for a wedding in Gruene and we were very impressed with so much to do locally in New Braunfels, we didn't have the need to travel into Austin or San Antonio for entertainment and great food. Would absolutely return!

Comfortable in so many ways!
The beds were comfortable, the natural light was great and the views enhanced our stay. The stairs by our door insured we got our exercise but the elevator was useful upon arrival and departure. Suzanne was a terrific host! Thanks Suzanne!

We stayed at this condo for the Solar Eclipse 2024 and had a great time. The condo was comfortable and and perfect for the family. Check in was very easy and therecwas great communication from our host on what to expect for check in and our stay. Being on the river front was fantastic!
