I apologize that you weren't told where the ice machine was located. There actually is a door that would've led you down stairs to it without having to walk out from under the covered areas. There was a sign on the door, I will double check to see if it's still there or if it needs replaced. A private beach is featured. Double JJ Resort offers its guests a golf course, a water park (surcharge), and 2 indoor swimming pools. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a coffee shop/café. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 2 bars/lounges and a poolside bar. WiFi is free in public spaces. There are 8 meeting rooms available. A children's pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a spa tub are also featured at the family-friendly Double JJ Resort. A free area shuttle within 3 miles is available. Self parking is free. This Rothbury resort is smoke free.
