There is a lot of debris in the parking lot. All it would need is to send an employee outside to pick up the trash/ beer bottles. The room was nice. We picked this property because it was dog friendly.

We saw Clarion, We saw close to New Hope, We saw $200 a night (must be nice!), We saw great pictures on the web. WRONG, this place is a DUMP. Small, smelly rooms with outside door access. Hair on the toilette, a dirty towel left on the bathroom door, an iron that did not work and was bolted to the ironing board a shower head from 1920. This is a $79 a night hotel at best. This hotel is at least 15 years late on a renovation.

First of all the bed is old spring mattress that dipped in the middle. Smoke detector was removed, shower didn’t drain, a/c was noisy. People here are also very noisy thru the night. For 200$ a night it was over priced. Never again...
