No place for soap or shampoo in the shower. Never experienced that before! Shower faucet didn't work right. Drain was semi-plugged. Towels and bath mat from my first day were taken away, but new ones were not left in their place.

Decent Stay. Room was clean. Bed was a little hard but not terrible. Pool is small but it was nice.

I would never stay here again!

I never write reviews, but feel compelled. I travel extensively and am in hotels quite a bit. Typically at the price point that I pay I can expect a pleasurable experience. This hotel feels wrong walking in the door. We went to Mohegan for a show and rather than return home (2 hour trip) we decided to book a room. The stairways and staircases feel like something you could legitimately see in a prison. The ice machine while not defunct, looked like it fell off the back of a truck. The refrigerator in the room was literally rusty and disgusting inside with old food particles. The lobby, bar and supposed restaurant were also dirty and smelled like mold and mildew. The outside of the building sort of states the entire perspective of what you can expect on the inside. Old and dilapidated. This place needs a wrecking ball. Believe me, do not book here.

Not worth the money

I expected more from an almost 200.00 a night hotel, difficult to find, address didn't match GPS (and we used two different gps's with still no luck) small fridge on floor and the fridge door scraped carpet when opening making it difficult, the set up was like something you'd see in a 1 star hotel, this could be easily corrected by putting it on a stand. Just generally disappointing and was over 10 miles from Mohegan Sun casino instead of the advertised 3.5.

Need to retrain cleaning staff

Pros: The staff at the main desk were friendly.
Cons: Clean the place!
Location: Easy to find. It's right off of 95.
Dead bug in the tub. Dead bug on the windowsill. Base of tub was worn and old looking. Water pressure was good in my room, but awful in the room I booked for my daughter. Early morning coffee set-up should have included lids for those of us who needed to pour a cup and hit the road. We couldn't stay for breakfast. Must say though, the staff was very nice.

I am aware that some of our tubs are a little worn, however as I can not replace the tub without remodeling the entire bathroom, we are looking into resurfacing them. Right next to Outback

If your looking for sheek, and modern this is not the place to stay. However if your in need of a place that is low cost and clean this is a cozy place for a 1 day stay. All of their vending machines were out of order, with the only option being to walk to the front desk.
