I was shocked to here they do not service your room unless you ask them too and when I asked i was told house keeping left to clean it myself. I eill say the manager did hear about that an apologized for the incident.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel was within walking distance to tons of stuff. Oh yeah and the hot breakfast they provide was good!
