Thank you, Sarah. We have a number of guests who stay with us during congerences/conventions wanting to experience a more real New Orleans than they would find in a cookie-cutter hotel. Thank you, Moneeka, for taking the time to reach out to us. As we discussed, when you book through a third party you do not reserve a particular room, but rather a room type. We know you were expecting something fancier than the room you were booked into and we were glad to move you for the remainder of your stay when one became available. We are sorry that you were not happy. If guests contact us before their arrival we try to accommodate their requests if possible, just as we do for those who book directly with us. Again, we are sorry that your first night did not live up to your expectattions and hope that you were comfortable for the rest of you visit.
