I stayed here during a conference at the Convention Center. The location was about a 20 minute walk from my meeting, and the walk was a great way to start the day. I appreciated the B&B’s style, with a welcoming garden courtyard, and I enjoyed the self serve breakfast. Breakfast starts at 8 am, and my meeting began at 8:30, which made for tight timing in the morning. The property is in the Garden District, and that can make people a little cautious about walking alone at night. However, I walked back after dark, paid attention to my surroundings, and found nothing too concerning. A colleague who lives in New Orleans found out I was staying here and gave it a ringing endorsement.

Thank you, Sarah. We have a number of guests who stay with us during congerences/conventions wanting to experience a more real New Orleans than they would find in a cookie-cutter hotel. We appreciate that and are so happy you enjoyed being here with us. Do come back when you can do so much more of what the city offers.

Property was great but I was placed in a smaller room the first night and neither Travelocity or the property would compensate me for that night. Didn’t feel good to be treated like that. Wish something could be done.

We know you were expecting something fancier than the room you were booked into and we were glad to move you for the remainder of your stay when one became available. We are sorry that you were not happy. If guests contact us before their arrival we try to accommodate their requests if possible, just as we do for those who book directly with us. Again, we are sorry that your first night did not live up to your expectattions and hope that you were comfortable for the rest of you visit.

The main building, which we were fortunate enough to be in, is an old home, somewhere between 180 and 220 years old, depending on whom you talk with. We loved how quaint and rustic it is. The owners have done a fine job mixing in the modern (AC, shower, tv while retaining the feel of the old home. We hope to be back for sure.

I loved the vibrant colors and eclectic style of the place, very New Orleans vibe. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great courtyard, the breakfast was delicious, would definitely stay again!

Awesome location.. right off st charles, so ez to hop to the trolley great staff and New Orleans thru and thru. bed was to hard for me.. but others may like it.. Its worth to to stay there just for the grit n shrimp Sunday breakfast and mimosas.. first visit wont be the last. :)

Great bed and breakfast experience. Wonderful property, but the best part of the stay is the staff. Anne, Barbara, Barbara, Andrea, Creighton, Joe all went out of their way to make you feel at home. Helpful, courteous, pleasant, engaging, friendly. Made the stay memorable. Great location as well. Off the beaten path, but only a block away from St. Charles and the NOLA trolley system. Also close to some great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for you, your family and your dog!

Great authentic New Orleans feel about the Creole Gardens. The staff are happy and friendly. My husband and I like to stay here with our dog while we are in town on business. It's in a great location that is within walking distance to Magazine St and St Charles. The St Charles trolley is very convenient to take anywhere on St Charles - including to the Quarter. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment I pulled up to the place I know I was going to like it. The staff where nice and friendly. The staff gave a tour of the place and where to park. Room was really nice and clean and bed was super comfortable
