Hello, thank you for your feedback. We apologize the room was not up to our regular standards, we will be investigating your comments to ensure it is corrected. Housekeeping is only available upon request after staying 5 nights due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to keep our guests and our team members safe by limiting interactions in guest rooms during your visit. Regarding the price difference, we would suggest call Travelocity to see if there was a rate error. A lot of time the rate you see is an average per night and not the nightly rate. We hope we can welcome you back to see our improvements.
