personnel was awesome. house keeping wasn't available, unsure why. the room was dirty when we got in. left with lots of spider bites, my mom and myself. the best part was the balcony. was quoted one charged another. not fair.

Housekeeping is only available upon request after staying 5 nights due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to keep our guests and our team members safe by limiting interactions in guest rooms during your visit. Regarding the price difference, we would suggest call Travelocity to see if there was a rate error. A lot of time the rate you see is an average per night and not the nightly rate. We hope we can welcome you back to see our improvements.
