It was dirty room had no towels. Had to call to get towels and the TV fixed.

Room had a phone that did not work , tv worked on one station then later did not work at all. Called front desk for help , said he was coming never did. Mentioned this when i checked out no response from front desk clerk.

A mix of old buildings and new. The breakfast was really good but cost an extra $15, there was parking but you had to pay extra and it was across the street. The staff was kind, but the hotel seemed run down and the bathroom was dirty, with old/fraying towels.

Most of our guest really enjoy our historic complex and friendly staff, not to mention the pool, courtyards and hotel's great location on the streetcar line. The condition of the room was not as pictured online. There were holes and patches in the walls. The shower had stains in the porcelain. There weren’t enough towels. And the wifi didn’t reach our room.

We always enjoy our stays at Hotel Maison St. Charles. It is conveniently located right on the green trolley line. The rooms are large and well furnished. Buildings and grounds are well maintained. The lobby and courtyard have a good set up for groups to gather. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. One thing I will suggest, the handicap accessible rooms need to be further modified for accessibility and safety. There need to be showers, with a shower chair, instead of bath tubs. Even with the shower safety bars, the tubs are still very slippery and the glass shower partitions, limit the space needed, to step in and out safely. The high beds are beautiful but, I required help to get on/off them safely. At least having 1 lower bed, in the “accessible rooms” would make it easier/safer, for people with limited mobility. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip again soon.
