Arrived at 8 p.m. on the check-in date. Room not ready; had to wait for nearly an hour. Toilet unflushed and clogged when I finally did get into the room.

We were very pleased at the room renovations that had recently been done. No cracks, chipped paint, broken things. Just a lovely, fresh, clean room. I guess they are working on other room renovations, so it might take awhile.
