Room 207 is the worst room in the hotel it overlooks the parking lot I would not recommend booking this hotel for $800 a night. It’s a rip off.

Yes our hotel sits where there is a flat parking lot around us. We have a beautiful outddor terrace on the 8th floor that is accessible to all of our hotel guests. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit to New Orleans.

Our family had the worst experience with this hotel. Our car was vandalized along with several others. This is a known issue with the hotel yet they do nothing to prevent this from happening to their guests. When notifying the hotel’s Director of Operations Bart he was extremely rude, racist, and exhibited behavior that was unwarranted. He did not want to help us and kept asking us every five minutes when we were leaving after cancelling our reservation for the second day stay. We cancelled due to the safety issue the property presented. This was the worst experience we have ever dealt with. We were traveling with young children and infant and my mother who is a senior citizen. The treatment displayed to myself and my family was completely uncalled for. The hotel showed no remorse and was Harassing us through out this traumatizing day. I will never refer any colleague or family member to stay in this establishment.

Amazing service and beautiful hotel all around from the room to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and location. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it for anyone. The amenities were great and good wifi too. I loved the design of rooms.

I loved the exposed brick walls and the beams that they left in place. It is beautifully decorated, super clean, and located close enough to walk to the quarter.

The motel was cool as far as decor but not user friendly and service not good, maybe cause just starting up after Covid. The manager was very helpful to make are stay more pleasant.
