Came back from dinner and the whole hall smelled like marijuana. Our room was worse. So bad it was giving everyone a headache and affecting my asthma. We had 2 young children with us. When I went to the front desk to make a complaint and ask for a different room. They said it did not smell like that and transfered us to the room across the hall. Granted the lobby was full of guest checking in so they just stated our room 252 did have an odor but the room across the hall was good. Was not satisfied with service because again the WHOLE HALL smelled like weed.

Hi Hillary...we are so sorry your experience was a negative one. We are working on increasing rounds by our team members in an attempt to find these concerns and act accordingly as this is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Trust me, your frustration pales in comparison to ours.

Older hotel in need of maintenance. Rust and mold on door frames, shower leaked, poorly done patch jobs on the walls and ceiling. Elevator shuddered and groaned whenever it was used. Run down place that was way overpriced. Worst hotel during our 11 day trip.
