Nice for our birthday get away. The shower confused me but the staff assisted me. We were upgraded in bed size but it was super hard. I also didn’t like that it’s not central heating and air. Overall a lovely experience would stay again located in a convenient area.

I’m calling it now - I’ll be staying with Rathbone mansions every time I visit NOLA. Communications were seamless, clear and accommodating. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and generous - especially as we encountered some issues on our check out day (they really saved us from some challenging travel issues). The rooms are very great - for the value, it’s everything you need and the bed is so so comfortable. And the LOCATION - perfectly situated near all of our destinations, and quiet enough help us get a decent nights sleep. Thank you Rathbone for a fantastic experience, we most certainly WILL be back!!

Nice hotel
The tv was small but otherwise it is a comfy room. Location is fine and staff was fantastic. Had a shower issue day 1 but they fixed it. Would stay again.

Nice place with great outside pool area.
Lovely place that was nicer than expected. The courtyard, pool area are wonderful and quiet for the area. The general area isn't very walkable in terms of amenities unless you're headed to Bourbon street, but otherwise was a very pleasant stay.
