I requested on more than one occasion for a supervisor to call me but none did. Very poor experience and the agent that made it significantly worse because she insisted at 11:15p at night that I move all my belongs and all the groceries from the first unit to the 2nd. When I refused she called me I believe 7 times in 10 minutes to demand that we move our stuff. What is the reason for that? Was the cleaning person going to come at midnight to clean? We’re you going to be able to re rent our unit at midnight with the three AC units that didn’t work? She should be fired. 1st unit was so sparsely furnished we had to keep our clothes on the floor. The cushions on the back of the couch were missing and made it extremely uncomfortable to sit on (which we know because the new unit had the same couch with matching cushions). No cushions on the rattan furniture and no end tables for the couch. No full length mirror. There were loose and missing spindles on the staircase. No windows that can be looked out of like a dungeon. And the lone window in the bedroom with no curtains so we were up with the sun. But curtains on the interior sliding glass door which are two feet too long so we tripped over them repeatedly. no handle on the pocket door to the bathroom on either side of the door. pool in ad was closed. Not enough space to share all the awful stuff. Don’t rent from them. It is a joke.
