I asked for room service and was told no. I asked for garbage bags to clean my own room… 5 times! In 4 days… never received them. There was constant work being done. The pictures I had screen shot were not what my room looked like but front desk just said this is your room. The windows were so filthy you couldn’t see out them. The coffee was nasty. The pool and area was very dirty. This is not the hotel I booked. Very disappointing.
