everything is so slow. room never get cleaned. the coffee shop opens late. no robes.

We loved that the trolly was directly in front of the hotel, very convenient. We wished microwaves were accessible in the room.

The check-in experience wasn't very pleasant. Our room was dirty when we got into it. We could tell the floors hadn't been cleaned because they were covered in dust and hair. The amenities listed were not provided - like robes and bottled water, which were listed as amenities. The description also said that there would be a microwave in the room, and the only microwave we saw was in the lobby.

Beautiful inside, unsightly outside. Front entrance blocked with sandbags and side entrance blocked with metal flood gates, but no water?!? Planter. . .NO plants, no welcoming signage and no one to clean the outside premises. . .side street where entrances are is kinda shady, random people hanging out on the cement porch.
