The hotel didn’t look like much as we drove up. I actually considered changing hotels based upon the lack of curb appeal. I’m glad I didn’t do that. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing.

Negatives: the room phones wouldn't call out, the spa and pool were both closed. Positives: the maintenance man was super nice, the hotel was very clean, food was great, they constantly offered fresh towels and water and the valet team went above and beyond with my 3 am checkout. Overall, I thought it was a beautiful hotel in a great city. ❤

Service was phenomenal. The facility was central to where we wanted to visit. It was clean and the elevators were fast. What was most impressive about the service was the bar. They went out of their way to mix a cocktail my wife asked for that they never even heard of made before. The manager, bartender, and waiter researched the internet and found the recipe to mix that drink. We had a very wonderful time at the Ritz New Orleans.
