New setting with a pretty lawn

Pros: It was convenient to a main road.
Cons: Rooms need to be refurbished.
Location: We toured the Famine ship that was nearby. Challenging finding a restaurant.
I felt like I was in steerage. Walking into the hotel it looked very nice but as we walked to the room it got more run down the further from the reception area we got. The place needs to be renovated, with new paint, carpet etc. The pool area and gym look nice but we didn't use those facilities.
