Staffs were friendly and courteous. My only complaint is I requested a fridge, after 4 hours, it didn’t happened. I brought up the request to another front desk staff. Nothing happened during the whole entire stay. No message, no follow ups from the hotel.

Small but Clean room, close to Fulton St subway station, safe area, quiet at night, friendly & helpful staff. Only negative was there was little to NO hot water in the shower- but maybe that is a NYC thing.
