We loved staying at the Artezen! The staff was wonderful, the room, though small, was perfectly appointed and well-designed. Understand that the hotel, as many boutique hotels, does not have room service or similar amenities, but that did not affect us.

This would have been a 5 star stay but unfortunately the chrome cast on our TV didn’t work and the tech was in our room trying to fix it to no avail. We asked to switch rooms but they were booked solid. When checking out, we asked for a refund for the inconvenience and the front desk staff said the tech guy had only been in our room for a few minutes which made our inconvenience feel minimized. After insisting and having to escalate they finally refunded $80. We paid over $600 for two nights. Cmon guys, get TVs that work.

Hi Sidra,We are very sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your stay as we want all of our guests to have a positive experience with us. We are aware of the connection issues that occurred during your stay and apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checkout, we did look into it and realized it was a simple fix of switching the HDMI input as it was on the wrong one. We did send our maintenance up right away and were informed it was preferred to let it be so you can get rest for the night. Again, we can only apologize and felt the credit was fair in regard to the issue. We hope you can give us another shot in the near future to win back your confidence. Thank you.

This hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately our bathroom door squeaked abhorrently! There was also a screw loose in the door knob. Shower door was so heavy we could barely slide it over. Staff were very nice and helpful. Concierge advised us to switch from Uber to Black car service. Driver encouraged us to pay in cash and then said he did not have change! Should have taken back the $100 bill and given hm a credit card!

The hotel staff was very nice and pleasant to interact with. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed the amenities that are offered. I would definitely recommend staying here and would consider coming back in the future.

Liked the area close to things we wanted to see. Great staff. No bar,restaurant, or snack availibility. It wasnt too bad since multiple places within blocks and Walgreens across street. Enjoyed it alot. Will be back when we visit New York again

The location is excellent, the room was clean, loved the terraza, and better options on tv than other hotels. The bathroom is...a little bit on the small side but workable. We didn't like the off-site parking. The hotel don't offer parking or a voucher or something. The parking is extra. We recomend this hotel!

Regarding parking, 99% of hotels in NYC do not have on site parking and it is only available through public parking garages and outdoor lots. Although we have no affiliation with the garage we refer guests to, we are able to get our guests a 20% discount and you do get a discount sticker at the Front Desk so not sure what you were not satisfied with but apologize for any inconvenience.
