The manager was a delightful and helpful person as were the staff. Our room was small but the shower was great!

The front desk staff were amazing! They helped us unload our car quickly and get us checked in and ready within a few minutes. The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel in the future!

Loved this hotel!!!

Pros: Everything!
Location: Located in mid-town close to Rockefeller Center.
This hotel was a former apartment building. It was redesigned by merging the apartment feel into a hotel. Our room was a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen. It felt like coming home each day! The staff is so friendly and focused on making your stay great! Your stay includes a continental breakfast which is really good food and the staff brightens up the start to your day! Especially the woman in charge of the breakfast room!!! The mid-town location is perfect! It allows for a quiet night sleep and is close to all main attractions. Strongly recommend this hotel!!!

Huge space for family in nyc

My mom, sisters, daughter, niece and I visited NYC for a "girls" weekend. All 6 of us were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this hotel suite. It was not fancy but relatively new and clean and most importantly allowed us all to stay together at a very reasonable price. Also, we really appreciated the complimentary snacks in the fridge...nice touch for starving travelers! Thanks BW!

Staff was very polite and helpful. A wonderful stay in Manhattan.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The location was perfect for travel around the city. The accommodations were wonderful. I felt at home and comfortable in a hotel room that is actually an apartment. Full kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and bedroom. Great to come back to after enjoying all the city has to offer. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Wonderful value in a hotel with character and amazing space for NYC

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
My husband, myself and our two teenage boys stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend. I have stayed many times in NYC and have never had so much room in a hotel! It seems like the building may have been apartments at one time? Everything is fresh and new and renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sharma who assited us via e mail before our arrival and was a great source of information while we were there as well. For our sons first visit to New York we couldn't have chosen a better base of operations! Only slight negative was the noisy heater, but it is an old building and to be expected and we got use to it quickly as it was outweighed by so many positives.

Wonderful staff and terrific location! Breakfast was FREE....enough said!

Cons: water was out upon arrival but was fixed quickly
We had a wonderful time. The staff was always friendly and ready to help! The location was terrific. We were close to everything! I would highly recommend this location and would stay there again!
