Our stay at the Citadines Connect was fabulous. Our room was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the grab and go breakfast was just enough to get us started for the day. The room was on the small side but we didn’t care about that because we were on the go most of the time. The price was very good for the weekend we were there and its location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Very sad!
My girlfriend forgot a ring in the room and she remembered exactly where she placed it, few minutes after we checked out we contacted the hotel and told them about it. They said they were going to look for it and call us back but they never did. We came by few hours later to pick up the ring but it was gone and they had not rented out the room yet so it was the hotel staff that took the ring. Very sad and bad experience.

This was a mess. I checked out 20 minutes after it got there. The room was disgusting and the staff never check us out. We didn’t get a check out receipt. So I’m having to dispute this transaction. I would rate them lower than than a 1.
