NYC opened up on Mon after COVID and we checked in on Wed. My husband called ahead to ask for a room with a view if possible. Wow! Mimi gave us a corner room with all windows!! You could see a mile down 3rd Ave. We really appreciated that Mimi did this. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Warm welcome and the reception offered toothpaste and toothbrush in case you needed. The coffee shop staff are professional and friendly.

It was a great experience for my family and I. Staff was more then helpful and we would highly recommend this hotel and we would go back to it again. P.S. I got sick and we had to be checked out by 11am, but once the staff knew how sick I was they let us do a late check out and were checking on me during the whole time. They were the best and i felt their extra care for their customers. Thank you again for the treatment and experience!

Elevators were not in service during prime checkout time. Had to use steps on two occasions to and from 24th floor.

I have stayed at Marriott and Marriott Express hotels throughout the world. This was the worst Marriott Express I have ever stayed at. It has no lobby or amenities. The walls are so thin you can hear what is going on in neighboring bathrooms. My old flatscreen TV had 5 working channels, the others had no signals. After watching the Alabama/Auburn football game on one of the five working channels, the signal went off with the score 46/49 and one and a half minutes left in the game. On another occasion, I called guest services at 8:15 a.m. and told them that the shampoo and body wash containers were empty and three of us still needed to take showers. When the shampoo and body wash were finally delivered at 8:58 a.m., I was told they had been delivered to the wrong room whose guests had been sleeping. To pay $1000 for three nights at this “palace” was a bit much. I respectfully submit that Travelocity consider reducing its Four Star rating for this Marriott Express A/S/A/ in the best interests of the traveling public. Lothar R. Genge, Esq.”

The too temperature was hot had to request a service ticket thermostat was not working. The bathroom faucet broke and was leaking water everywhere. Faucet was repaired and broke again water damaged items hotel said they could not do anything since I reserved through Travelocity. Faucet broke a total of three times water was everywhere. Had to use the bathtub to brush teeth and wash face.
