When I got to the hotel is was over booked, They transfer me to another hotel , when I got there room they gave had 2 full bed, my I original reservation was a king bed, customer serv. In the replacement Marriot terrible front desk told me they don”t care I was not their customer Court yard just transferred me. This incident never happened to me before. 1st x I made reservation at Marriot hotel, I always use Hikton”s Hotels

The location was the best part of the hotel. Jose was amazingly helpful! Unfortunately, the way our room was setup, it took a staff member rearranging our room for the sifabed to be pulled out and used. Not what we were expecting after a long day of seeing the city. On top of that, we paid extra for a continental breakfast only to find out that they didn't actually have a continental breakfast. When I called the main desk they figured something out but didn't seem as if they cared to help. They let us choose a breakfast item from the mini food place but the optuons were slim and our waffle and french toast came from the freezer.

Central to everything in NYC. Easy walk to sites.

Pros: Location. Staff. Services. Security. Room comfort.
Location: Time Square is the hub and there are tons of things to do from there.
We were welcomed by the bellhop (Michael) and from there things only got better. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A gem and love staying there

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful !
Location: Located at Herald Square. Macys, H & M store
The location is priceless!! It is a great location to shop at Macys. We went to Macys 3 times and took all our packages back to the hotel each visit...so close .....

New York done right!

Beautiful rooms with amazing views. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Do not miss the Monarch bar! The view is incredible! Rooms are very quiet!

Great location! Close to Macy's and Times Square.

Wonderful having a great hotel nearby all of the things we wanted to do....shopping, Broadway, Madison Square Gardens.
