Exceptional service for every guest is our highest priority, and we apologize for the disappointment you had with our front desk and housekeeping teams. We have shared your comments with them and are taking the necessary actions so they can be more diligent. It was again regretful to learn you had to experience the fire alarms sounding in the middle of the night, disturbing your rest. We also regret the inconvenience you had because of the delays due to the elevator wait time. During our busiest times, the elevators get a lot of use, so we encourage our guests to leave a few minutes early when departing for activities outside the hotel.
