Great location. Close to subway, and times square. Rooms are small and lacking in storage for siutcases, and closet

Disorganized mess. Issues: 1) They told us we may need to check in ONE HOUR after official check in time. No apology, they just acted like it was standard. Tons of people were waiting in the lobby, so it wasn’t just us. Best part? The receptionist goes “I recommend you walk around.” Telling me to leave when I have a migraine and my room is supposed to be ready....that’s some service. 2) We called the main desk and asked for tissues. They said they will be right up. Never came. Four hours later we called back and asked for tissues, they said they would be right up. Never came. Finally we called again and the manager said, “you called the front desk? I’m the only one here.” As if we were lying. You work at this hotel...I’m pretty sure you should understand the phone routes to someone else working after a certain amount of rings. I assume we talked to housekeeping. 3) There’s always a line for the elevator and it takes forever to go anywhere. Leave 10 minutes to escape this hotel. Even one of the workers rolled her eyes when she saw that the elevator was wall to wall stuffed. 4) A maid approached us in the hallway and goes “Hey.” We say hi back. She goes, “What room you all in?” We tell her. She replies, “You guys want service?” (Implying like room service, changing our sheets, etc.) We say yes. What in the world?? 5) We ran out of toilet paper because no one refilled it. 6) Alarm went off at 3am and the manager continuously said “disregard” for 15 mins post alarm

I totally recommend this hotel, i really liked it and i will come back again, very friendly staff and great attractions in the area, people super friendly and nice within the staff and rooms are reasonable sized for the price

The rooms and bathrooms are VERY small...... almost cruise ship small. Made a special request for a mini fridge for my daughters medicine.... twice..... never had a fridge delivered or any contact from management regarding the request

We checked in at 10:30 PM and our room was not ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Upon arrival in the room, we still had to call for additional linens. It took 3 calls and another 40 minute wait.

VERY disappointing. I have stayed in several Hilton properties and this was probably the worst one ever. Small rooms, jam packed and everything else you would expect in a hotel was not there. Was not quiet, temperature was all over the place( One night it roasted me out and next night the room could not get warm) Temp was set on 70 degrees. No microwave or fridge. The little things are not focused on there (The awning outside the side entrance was in positions that as you walk down the sidewalk you get soaking wet. The front desk was the only positive thing. The girl who checked me in was pleasant and with a smile at all times.
