Great small hotel near Broadway and Theater District. Room was small but nicely decorated and maintained. Room came with daily continental breakfast, which had a variety of items including some GF choices (thankfully!). The only downside was the noise at night - across from a two jazz/music bars and surrounded by restaurants and one night the noise keep me up until 1:45AM. Other than that, a good choice given location, price and amenities.

We stayed for two nights, had a great time. This hotel is in a great location right on 46th street and is convenient to bars and restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen. It is a boutique hotel so not a lot of amenities but there is a beautiful rooftop patio. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I will definitely try to stay here on my next visit to New York!

The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The location was great for Broadway shows. The coffee pods were stale and the creamers were spoiled. The rooftop terrace was filled with chairs and other junk, therefore unusable. The tv had a line down the side of the viewing area.

Dear S. I wish you would give your name or reservation number so we could address any issues with the TV. we checked all tv's today and find no issues. The coffee pods are replaced daily as a free amenity to guests, perhaps you don't like the brand but they are not stale. The creamers too are changed daily - we offer real milk and cream in the room, not powder. If one of these was sour I do apologize, they are used or replaced long before their expiration date, but it can happen on occasion that one arrives bad. Regarding the roof, we do not offer roof access, it is off limits at this time. And is marked so. I I suppose you went through a door marked private - non-guest area- to the rooftop that yes is currently used as storage while the restaurant is renovated. I guess there will always be people who just go climbing around a building as they wish, but please try to respect guest and non-guest areas. We do plan to renovate the roof soon, it will be a fabulous rooftop lounge area, and we'll let guests know as soon as its done
