What I like: The area is accessible to most movie theatre, metro & restaurants. What I don’t like: I booked the hotel breakfast included and paid for that. But the hotel charge me for breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel!! For a quieter stay maybe book over 20th floor. We were on 18 and heard too much. Staff is VERY pleasant!!!

Pros: 1. The walking distance to Times Square 2. The staff was very friendly and accommodating 3. Nice shower Cons: 1. The city views were not as pictured in the ad. 2. The carpets were dirty and had stains, making it unattractive.

Location and view was nice. Staff was rude at times and not very helpful or accommodating when you need help. The rooms have a pretty aesthetic on the surface but they are dingy and could use a deep cleaning or remodeling at the very least. Stains on the linens, the carpet was run down and dirty (like the white design in it was no longer remotely white), no bathrobes, no cold water at times with only scalding hot water for washing hand and showers. Oh and an unasked for courtesy wake up call at 5am our first night from the staff waking us up from much needed sleep was the cherry on the sundae. Def not worth the money nor does it live up to the standards I’ve been used to at other incontinental hotels in the past
