We're glad that you were able to take advantage of our central location and comfortably sized accommodations. However, it's unfortunate that your bathroom was not refreshed properly upon your arrival to our hotel. This is unacceptable, and we will be contacting our housekeeping staff in regards to this issue immediately. This is not on par with the standard of service we have grown so accustomed to giving.
