My 10 year old daughter and I loved our stay here! Clean, short walk to subway and Central Park. Short walk to coffee, food and small grocery store. The street was beautifully lined with brownstones and the hotel had a NYC vibe. Will definitely recommend and be back!!

Terrible hotel, very noisy.

You can hear people talking in neighboring rooms like if they were in the s and room with you. Room was very very narrow. No sink, nothing. Shower and toilet are for entire floor. Not worth the money and headache

Dear Nash, Thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to point out that you booked an Economy room, which is the smallest and cheapest room we have. We do have couple other room types that are bigger in size and have a kitchen, but are more expensive. I am sorry that the fact of having a shared bathroom was a surprise for you. We always make sure that this information is clearly stated on all of the websites where we advertise. Do not stay here!! Horrible.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Room was disgusting, not as advertised, the size of a closet, NO BATHROOM OR SHOWER IN ROOM! MUST USE COMMUNITY BATHROOM DOWN THE HALL.
Location: I had to buy another hotel room at the hilton garden inn last minute because this hotel was disgusting and not as advertised!

When I went to check in I immediately refused to accept the room and asked for a refund. The "front desk" girl said they wouldn't give a refund. I stayed there only long enough to book another hotel stay at a real hotel paying another $500 + a $18 uber ride. This "hotel" is know as the "pink hostel" by the way. If you are considering this location to stay THINK AGAIN! Goto the hilton garden inn off 54th and 7th near times square. You WILL NOT regret it.

The only positive thing is the location.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Everything. The price is ludicrous.
Location: Harlem. Central Park. Nice restaurants. Close to subway.
Reception is a table with a folding chair and a somewhat responsive "receptionist". You have to lug your own luggage up 2-4 flights of creaking, moaning stairs. No ventilation in rooms- people next door were cooking in their kitchenette and the smell permeated my room and I couldn't even open the window. Zero sound-proofing- sounded like the neighbours were in my room. Very noisy building. When I walked into the room, there was a wad of hair on my "freshly" made bed.
