The room and property was lovely. Being a small room didn't matter. The tv was nice. the free espresso in the morning was delightful. My 2 complaints have to do with ease. The tv programming doesn't have a guide so you can't figure out what stations existed and what was on them. I called the front desk, and he brought a channel guide, but I still couldn't know what was on. Also, the heat was impossible to figure out without aide from the front desk which was given a little impatiently, which I can understand if this happens frequently. There ought to be written instructions. Once these issues were resolved, it was a lovely stay.

The rooms are small but nice. Wonderful shower and thick terry towels. This is very close to Central Park and museums and we enjoyed the cafe on the nearby corner. Custom coffee in the morning was excellent and staff greets everyone and super ready to help. I would go back!
