Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great location! We stayed here for 2 weeks and the staff was consistently inviting. Elevator was slow, that was the only downside- They even called us a car to the airport instead on taking the subwy. It was the same fee! I suggest you do the same!

This hotel is great! We stayed in a room with a king bed and the bed was super comfy. The rooms aren't huge by any means, but we had plenty of room to walk around the bed. There is not a refrigerator in the room, or a microwave on the property. The property is in a great location and right by the Harold Square station. All in all, a perfect hotel to stay at while in the city.
