Location was central. The check-in and check out processes were smooth and the employees were hospitable and accommodating. The hotel was quiet other than the construction going on across the street and the bonus was Scarpetta is attached to this hotel.

Joseph, the bellman, and the doorman were both superior and attentive to our short stay schedule. Thank you. My husband cut his foot slightly on A piece on glass in the bathroom Floor. I mentioned it on checkout- and suggested attention should be paid to the floor. Didn’t even get an “Sorry”. Finally, no coffee makers in room and coffee in lobby wasn’t available until 6:45 AM. There are early risers!
