This property is conveniently located in NYC, however the hotel itself has much to be desired. It's due for a lot of renovations. For over $300/night, we experienced what you'd expect on a 2-star hotel. A/C-Heating issues, phone did not work, dirt and hair in corners, bath valve was loose, not able to change easily. A simple nightmare. Had to change rooms at 1AM one night. For the bother they supplied free breakfast, and conveniently said that was to make up for ALL our issues and sent me to Expedia to fight for some credit for me. Which only resulted on nothing. Will never stay there again and recommend everyone who reads this review to do the same.
