THE WORST HOTEL EVER

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
Upon pulling up the hotel looks condemned, And it should be. It was filthy. I was so glad that my card was declined before I got there and they canceled my reservation. The pictures are false advertisement. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Clinton Manor.

Pros: Hotel staff.
Cons: Major overhaul.
Location: Busy highway.
Leaking ceiling onto my hotel room, weak WiFi, no working refrigerator or microwave, bathtub could not drain and bad outside parking conditions.

The worst travel experience I can remember.

Pros: It didn't catch fire while I was there.
I booked this single night stay specifically because the travelocity site listed them as providing shuttle service to and from the Newark airport. There was no shuttle service. When I called for pickup I was brusquely told "No Shuttle, take a cab" Return was the same "No shuttle, take a cab" . Total cab fare was $86.00. Bad enough, but then there was the condition of the hotel and room. Staff was indifferent and gruff, the room was dirty, the bathroom smelled of pee and mold, and thee beds were hard and lumpy. The picture of the hotel on the website is of the building next door, the actual hotel is rundown and grungy. I travel quite a bit, and usually go for the economy lodging motels, but i haven't run into anything this bad. I'm really disappointed with Travelocity for listing this property.
