The property was not in a good neighborhood. It seemed like there were people living there. There was a cat in one of the rooms. One night there was a group of people partying in the parking lot.

It was clean and relaxing however was given the wrong room even thought it stated on my reservation and still wasn’t changed. Was told breakfast was from 7-10 however when going down to breakfast l, nothing was there.

The front desk clerk (Angelica) made my stay at your facilities very pleasant especially considering what I had been through up to this point. (not good) She smiled every time I talked to her. Very nice talking with her.

Overall pleasant stay. It is was clean and bedding was comfortable which is most important. The area appears to be in the early stages of growth from urban industrial area to commercial.

Had a leak in the shower that poured hot water out the bathtub faucet. Complained about it multiple times during my 3 night stay and nothing was done about it the whole time. Offered a 50 dollar credit which I thought was insufficient. Manager didn’t show up in time to discuss it the day we left. Our room also had a cigarette smell that was masked by air fresheners even though it was a no smoking room and the hallway carpet was soaking wet for 2 days.
