Nice hotel in a nice location. Checking in was quick & easy. Finding the room was a huge pain the butt. We we're given a crudely laid out paper map of the layout and told the elevators were "over there"(finger pointing). Got lost in the maze layout of the building and ended up back at the front desk. The bellhop was the only staff at the front willing to show us the way too our room. The signage in the corridors is horribly laid out. Strike 2 was the fact im on the second floor & had to walk downstairs to get ice because the machine uptop was off & when i called the front desk i spoke to a woman who sounded like she lost her best friend & was told house keeping would bring some up.. never did.
