The hotel was nice. The neighbors were OBNOXIOUS!!! Came in at 1:00 AM, tried to get into my room through the adjoining room door(either drunk or stupid). At 4:00 AM another person showed up yelling in her phone which is on speaker about cigarettes. Had to call guest services. They came quickly and settled it. Be aware and courteous of others people!! Use manners and learn them if you don't know them.

the information about the hotel and the services do not match reality; the price of lodging for an animal says on the web one and when one registers it is another and too expensive, the pool does not work, there is no service in the rooms they do not even have a towel, the TV remote controls do not work in short , bad smells in the elevators, etc etc

A true spacious Embassy Suite room The programmable thermostat was too complicated to work The inside of the microwave was dirty - had not been cleaned lately Overall a nice place to stay

The location worked. The pool was closed for maintenance and had been for a while. Long term repairs should be listed on their website.
