We certainly did not deliver the service and quality you would expect from the Hampton Inn & Suites Harrison and were not pleased with the service we have provided. I expect all guest service agents to follow up with each guest to ensure our valued guests are satisfied with their accommodation. We are working on getting on a better way to communicate with our guests from the staff. I would like to use your situation as a training tool for our entire staff.
