Thank you so much for your detailed review of us here at The Watt. It seems as if you stayed in our of our ADA compliant rooms. The showers are made that way for easy access for wheelchairs. On your next stay let us know so we can make sure you get a non-ADA shower. As for the towels we could always run some up to the room upon request. We do have plastic wear at the front desk for all of our guests. Our rooftop should be open this upcoming week so when you come back you can enjoy that. We are glad you enjoyed your stay over all and look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Thank you so much for your review of us here at The Watt Hotel! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and will be looking into the chairs in the room to see what needs to be updated. Our workers are required to wear their masks at all times, so this will be addressed with our staff. As for breakfast, we are hoping to reopen our restaurant as soon as possible!
