it is obviously a very old building that has been rehabbed and I feel they did an amazing job making it modern and functional. one word I may not use would be comfortable. everything about it is "hard". stone and concrete is everywhere. no carpeting or soft textures anywhere. the room was clean and organized well. the bed was huge and comfortable so that was a huge plus. The floors were all hard with a faux wood finish. the bathroom was all tiled. the Tv is new and large. the views from the windows were amazing. the staff members were courteous and always available. I would love to see this place pre-covid with its roof top lounge and the bar/restaurant. im sure it was tons of fun. my complaints are very minimal. there weren't enough towels. for two people we had two hand towels and two bath towels. my wife uses more than that for just her with the long hair and all. the availability of more towels is all I would have wanted. when using the shower, water got EVERY where on the floor in the bathroom since there is no real defined border for the shower to keep water in one spot. which we also needed more towels for. it wasn't easy for us to get plasticware for eating meals. maybe if they were serving food at the restaurant this wouldn't have been an issue but we did get what we needed. there is no mini fridge in the rooms. it was raining and you need to go outside (uncovered) to get from the parking garage to the hotel.

Thank you so much for your detailed review of us here at The Watt. It seems as if you stayed in our of our ADA compliant rooms. The showers are made that way for easy access for wheelchairs. On your next stay let us know so we can make sure you get a non-ADA shower. As for the towels we could always run some up to the room upon request. We do have plastic wear at the front desk for all of our guests. Our rooftop should be open this upcoming week so when you come back you can enjoy that. We are glad you enjoyed your stay over all and look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

This hotel was in an excellent location, directly across from train station that can get you to Manhattan. It was clean for the most part. There was one ugly chair in the room that looked dirty. One worker walked around without a mask and snuck it on when in lobby. The only thing I'd like more is a light breakfast. Due to covid, there was nothing.

Our workers are required to wear their masks at all times, so this will be addressed with our staff. As for breakfast, we are hoping to reopen our restaurant as soon as possible!

There's no microwave. You have to ask for a fridge. So I hands in my hand ready to make sure you are checked in for all your days if you are staying more than one day.
