The check in person never greeted us, almost as if we were an inconvenience. The room was dirty. Hair clots in the back of the drawer, moisture rings still on nightstand from previous guests glasses, pillows were lumpy, and bathroom was kind of gross and dilapidated.

I have stayed at your property other times and compared to then the bathroom and living area were dirty and in need of repair.

We were told we could check out late for our wedding (1 hour after checkout time). They knocked on the door and told us we had to leave. Said they could not honor it and if we didn’t leave, they were calling the police…so we packed up our things (makeup artist, hair dresser, photographer, myself, and handicapped daughter) and I left without even putting on my wedding dress. Manager at front desk told me she’s charging me another night because we stayed a little after check-out time, as we were told we could when I called after the reservation and was told, “congratulations, sure don’t worry about it”. She charged me an entire other night, and I asked if that meant I could stay another night since she’s charging my card, and she said no. We got ready in the McDonald’s bathroom and had to wait outside in our undergarments for a ride that wasn’t coming until after we were told to check out. Book somewhere else.

During these times late check out is not available and after speaking to the staff no one authorized it. Looking at the reservation a whole night was not charged to your account a late fee was charged which was $38. We can not do late check outs due to being sold out every day. We do apologize for any issues this may have caused. Maybe you spoke to someone with expedia but there was no one here that approved a late check out. We do apologize. But we have a certain amount of time to turn the rooms around and being short staffed the HK have to have rooms turned around.

I paid for 2 rooms w 2 queen beds in each. I didnt recieve that and no attempt to accommodate that at all

Needs a pool and a gym. My bathroom had rust stains around the edges of the floor and the chair legs on the desk were chewed up. The rooms need to have blinds that don’t let the light in they are placed incorrectly on the wall and the room is not dark enough. My stay was comfortable but I did not feel the hotel was worth $100 more like 65$.
