Great and easy dog friendly stay
Easy check-in / check-out. Beautiful property conveniently located, and found street parking after a bit of a drive around. Access to the kitchen and own bathroom were a great positive. The only negative is the shower smelled like wet dog (I assume from the previous guests), but couldn't complain too much since it was a dog friendly room enabling us to bring our own dog. Everything else was just great. Thank you.

Nice, clean and tidy. The double bed was a small double but very cosy and comfortable - as was the room. Excellent landing shower and toilet. Overall perfect for what we needed. There was also a person to speak to on the end of the phone, when we needed help using the key pad to the room. Thanks.

The facility are good for a clean bed and shower. Note, it is self service and there appeared to be no staff. Some guests where quiet unruly, hopefully not the standard guests.

Me and my partner found that our room was a bit small but ok doe just one night.the bed was a little uncomfortable but for one night couldn't grumble.there was lots to do and lovely walks,nice and friendly.

Didn't like the fact of using Internet for codes what's wrong with a good old key Didn't like not having a toilet in the room what's wrong with a tv that you turn on and the channels come on instead of putting codes in should have tea making facilities

Room was not clean. Bins were not changed from previous guests, shower was very dirty & toothpaste all over the toothbrush holder. Much smaller room than the images. Quite good location but otherwise wouldn’t recommend.

SOLD A LIE!!
We booked rooms which were labelled En-Suite - which everywhere else in the world means that you have a toilet attached to your room. At no point in the product description did it say we would have to share a toilet with the rest of the hotel!! The property has just been bought at Auction in May 2023 and the paint is fresh but that’s about it. The mattresses were springy and you could feel them digging into your back. We were worried we were going to get nits off the sheets. The rooftop windows were left open before we arrived at the hotel meaning my mum and dads bed was wet from when the rain came through the open window. To get into the hotel you need one key code then another key code to enter your room. The key coded locks are like something you would put on a bike shed or a greenhouse. Nothing about this property makes you feel like you are staying in a nice place. It has clearly been bought at auction and done up as cheaply as possible. Worst night’s sleep ever and we will never return. Comfy Stays need to rebrand themselves as this was everything but comfy!

Good location, clean sheets, no toilet.
One of worst accomodations we've ever stayed in. £376 and there was no toilet in the room. Shared toilet with 2 other rooms on the upper floor ( we were room 6). The sheets were clean however the room was shelves, glass lamps etc...wer full of dust. Its the most disappointing experience we've ever had and I would not recommend 79 Lower Ocean Comfy- Stays to anyone. Should be avoided.
