"Extended Stay looks good outside and has ample parking. Staff was very professional and quick. Building needs remodeling inside. Walls are scratched and dirty. Carpet looks very dirty and smells. Room is spacious and with a strong AC n heater. Great amenities and great water force and comfortable bed. Nothing missing. AC, fridge, stove n microwave oven all in great working conditions. Shower was very well stocked and organized. Nothing missing. Hotel just needs updating inside in the hallways with new carpets and wall paint and cleaning plus it needs to be deodorized "

"This is a wonderful property very clean and nice. I loved the staff, Eric was amazing. We were a little upset over having to switch rooms since we had a new reservation for a few more nights. But after Eric had explained why we had to switch rooms it was very understandable and he accommodated us the best he could which was very much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were great, very clean. The pool is huge and heated. They had towels out by the pool which was nice and convenient. There aren’t any vending machines but there is a gas station a 3 min drive away. If you’re worried of hearing the noise from the airport, there is absolutely no noise from it, it’s very very quiet. I can’t stress enough how amazing Eric was, anytime we walked by the front desk and he was there he asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything. This is a wonderful property just a short drive from many places. I loved that it is a 15-20 min drive from Disneyland if you wanted to take a quick trip. I definitely recommend this property and we will be back soon! "
