We were pleasantly surprised by the large free breakfast, really comfy beds and how quiet it was to sleep. The property is older which is a staple of Newport, but we found it very quaint. We would stay again.

Great place - very laid back - excellent breakfast and afternoon tea. Really had the feel of the 1800's - perfect location for walking - parking close by - totally recommend - just be aware there is no elevator so if you have a stair issue request the first floor.

This was my husband and my second stay at America’s Cup Inn. We love the location, decor, staff, breakfast and fair price. We will be back. It’s the perfect location to all of the night life and shopping that we enjoy.

My husband and I stay in Newport a few times a year . This is our first stay at America’s Cup Inn. It was quaint, sweet, perfectly placed in comparison to our favorite shops, dining & pubs. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous We will definitely stay here again
