Lovely, lovely property and staff. No elevators so some noise in the morning with folks plopping luggage down the stairs. But would highly recommend - just dont stay near the stairs.

BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!! The front desk staff was extremely rude and not accommodating. We tried checking in at 2:50pm for our 3pm reservations and we’re told that we were too early for our reservations. We were told to go wait in the lounge for “an hour or so” and they would notify us when our room would be ready. We were told that “reward members get precedence and get to check out at 4pm”. Not sure why they get precedence since we are paying almost double what they are paying?! Would NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!
