After reading your feedback about housekeeping not visiting your suite unless you stayed for a week, it appears they may be a misunderstanding about the policy. In order to respect the privacy of our guests staying for long periods of time, our housekeeping service is conducted on a weekly basis, although we are always happy to provide housekeeping at your request for a minimal fee. And kitchenwares, fresh linens, and towels along with any toiletries are always available at the front desk. However, I regret in your case some of the toiletries were not available at the front desk, and I apologize for the same. I have noted your concerns and same has been shared with our front desk team to ensure stock for the toiletries are maintained on regular basis.
