I like about the hotel is that it is in range of tourists sites.I did not like the bed which was to stiff and we only had 3 pillows for four guests.The hall way was dirty and in need of cleanliness.

When entering the lobby it was dirty. The ladies waiting on me were very nice and accommodating but they had on dirty white uniforms and wrinkled sweater with stains.
The room was furnished with damaged furniture and the couch looked soiled along with the chair for the desk. I actually went and bought two blankets in order to sleep on the bed. The bathroom was clean. Again the girls were very nice. I am just wondering if the hotel cleans their uniforms and didn't want to dispose of them.

Never again! A CSI would have a field day!
My family of 4 came to hampton last minute, every hotel in a 60mi radius had been completely booked. We felt very fortunate that we were able to find this hotel for 2 nights, bigger plus it was a "suite". The ONLY positive thing was the 2 women at the front desk, they were always very friendly and helpful. This hotel in general is very dirty! Even walking down the hallway there were stains on the walls. Our room was NOT how it was depicted in the website. Completely mis-represented!!
The room was small, It was dark and stains all over!! God forbid I even imagine taking a black light to that room, it would have been unimaginable!! There was pieces hair everywhere, on our bedding, pillows, towels, and in the shower. The dbl beds were very small & We even found a huge bug between them, possibly a cockroach (but I am not an exterminator), I can only pray we do not have bed bugs or fleas now. The pull out sofa was filthy and the matress on it was covered in brown stains. We didnt even use the kitchen, as you needed to get utensils from the front desk. The room is only provided with two full size towels, in order to get more you need "exchange" the first two for new ones. And for someone to straighten up your room was an adl fee. No pool available
Maybe my expectations were set too high, but when I am in any hotel room, I do not want to feel like a million other people have slept (or done the nasty) in the same place, I want to have a fresh start.
