Thank you very much for staying with us. I have looked at the site you booked your room through and there are both king and suite photos on the site. Looking at the booking options, there only king and double bed room options to choose from. Please accept our sincere apologies for not meeting your expectations. It is important to our entire team that each guest enjoys a comfortable stay and outstanding service, so we are deeply sorry you did not receive that from us.
