We've stayed here before, and we really enjoy everything about the facility/area. When we checked in this evening, we parked the car at the front door as it was raining. It was extremely slippery, as there was some sleet. Just watch out for that- I wouldn't want any guests to get seriously hurt

privately owned hotels

I made my reservation for the Hilton Garden hotel online through Travelocity. It was approximately a hour and a half before I intended to stay. My reservation was confirmed. It was for March 2, the afternoon of a snowstorm. I arrived at the hotel and they did not have power. They were using emergency lights and the staff behind the reception desk were wearing coats. There was a long line of people waiting to check in. The manager at the reception desk told us that only guests who had made their reservations directly with the hotel would be honored with their reservations. Everyone else was asked to be seated. They also stated that they did not have back up generators. We were also told that the hotel was privately owned and did not have to honor reservations that were not made with their reservation center. I left.

Comfortable new room.

This hotel is a new hotel in a convenient location. Equipped with new furniture a large tv and efficient heating and cooling. Makes a very comfortable stay
