1) spray water on head shower and sink is slow need presure 2) they ignore clean up the room even I request it when i leave for outside

The rooms where NOT clean. When we got there we were told there was no people to clean. The rooms where dirty. No Room service, guest were leaving all the trash outside their room door. The hall was full of garbage. Continental breakfast is a joke. Stale cereal and coffee was disgusting.

The rooms smell as soon as you gen into the hotel and even worst when I got inside the room. Death flies and bugs on the floors and windows.

Great location, staff was courteous- night staff was very friendly. Sold out during peak season because of relatively reasonable prices so close to the falls. No view of river or falls, but Centrally located. Very few amenities.
