First inpression, what a dump, no clear 'front door'. Room was never tidied,no clean towels until I had to bring mine out and ask for them,trash never picked up from the room,paint peeling, bathroom smelled

Hi Kathy, thank you for your feedback. I have addressed these concerns with our team. We are still not doing daily stayover service. However, upon request we can always bring towels, pick up trash from the room. In regard to condition, I will certainly have our maintenance team fix the issues that you've expressed.I appreciate the feedback so that we can use it to fine tune our operations.

This is my third and last stay at this property. First time a water main broke and we could not even flush a toilet. Not the hotels' fault. So, I stayed a second time and had a much better experience. Third time I needed a rollaway bed do to an accident where my son broke his ankle and had surgery two days prior. So I could not put the boys together. I called two days before and asked about a rollaway. They said no problem. Just tell us when I arrive. They have plenty. When I arrived there were none available. So one of the boys had to sleep on the floor on a blanket. They assured me that the next night they would have one available. Do to our unique need. Again the next night. They advised us their had been other requests. I felt I was lied to twice. Not getting a third chance. I'm done with them. I would not believe the desk help there if I watched them do it myself.

We couldn't get the room we reserved, 2 queen beds with handicap bathroom, they don't even have any! Plus dirty and the hot water was a joke, no cable or w-fi, very noisy kids running up down the halls

This Hotel is truly on an island so the falls are not with walking distance. The room was clean neat and comfortable unfortunately it doesn't have a microwave. There is one microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel. The water was hot and the shower pressure was good. You have to request housekeeping services so we just sat our trash in the hall which they picked up in a timely fashion. Even though it snowed we enjoyed our balcony with a waterfront view. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all open. All staff was very helpful and courteous.
