Serenity on Niagara River

Welcome to 3300 sf beautiful home. It over looks Niagara river. You can view Buffalo, New York from the living room. We are located 15 mins from Niagara Falls and American border is 5 mins from the house. Niagara on the lake is 25 mins away and Toronto is one hour and a half away. We have a large kitchen and lots of living space. Recreational room has a table tennis, foosball table, reading nook and movie collection. We also have a rooftop patio.

The house is located on Niagara River Parkway. Living room is spacious and over looks the Niagara River. Kitchen is modern and functional. There are 3 bedrooms on second level and 3 bathrooms. Only 8 guests are permitted to stay. You can park 8 cars on the driveway. There’s a smart TV and wifi is provided for the guests.

There’s a patio area in the backyard with outdoor dining table. Gas Bbq is also available for the guests. We also have a fire pit for guest’s use. There’s also a furnished rooftop patio over looking the river.

Location location location!
This is a large, spacious luxury home on the water. It is 15-minutes from Marineland, 20-mins from Niagara Falls, 20-minutes from Niagara outlet collection mall, 40-minutes from Niagara on the lake. The location is perfect. The home is lovely although we encountered a few plumbing issues which were resolved within the hour by the owner and neighbour. There is a king bed with full bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two queens, another full bathroom, one bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with queen bed. In the basement there is a bedroom with two single beds. Plus there is a fooseball table and ping pong. There is another full bathroom on the main floor. The backyard is huge with a bbq. We would definitely stay here again - it’s gorgeous and the location is amazing!!

Amazing, Gorgeous, and extremely clean place
This house is as clean as it gets. This is coming from a family who has a live in housekeeper and is meticulous with our cleanliness. I had my infant son crawling around without worry which I would never normally do. She is amazing fast with her responses to any msgs.. I would stay here again. As a matter of fact, we tried to book again and didn’t find availability

The home was a gorgeous modern gem hidden in fort Erie right by the water. It was a perfect weekend getaway with plenty of room, a games room for a basement and great amenities. I couldn’t recommend it anymore. Will definitely be back again. Thank you!
